About Us
Meet The Founder
Ever since I was young, I’ve been deeply passionate about skincare. I graduated at the top of my class in esthetics and earned my license with a clear intention — to understand the science of skin, not just the surface of it.
Early in my career, I became drawn to what happens beneath the skin: fascia, muscular tension, lymphatic flow, and how chronic stress reshapes facial structure over time. That curiosity led me to pursue advanced training in sculptural face lifting and lymphatic techniques.
I refined my skills under Aya Abramov and later completed intensive certification in Sculptural Face Lifting with Yakov Gershkovich, immersing myself in his hands-on methodology and philosophy. I have also continued my education through advanced training in dermaplaning, microneedling, corrective acne therapy, and clinical chemical peel protocols.
I believe mastery comes from repetition, refinement, and intention. I am constantly studying, practicing, and elevating my craft.
Outside of the treatment room I pour into myself so I can show up fully for my clients. I prioritize breathwork, sauna sessions, cold plunges, Pilates, and time for stillness and reflection. I’m also a big foodie and love exploring new restaurants around Tampa.
At the center of everything is my spirituality. My connection to God and to alignment grounds me. The more regulated and intentional I am in my own life, the more present and transformative I can be in yours.
When you step into my treatment room, you are not just receiving skincare. You are entering a space that has been intentionally cultivated — where touch, sound, scent, and atmosphere are designed to make you feel safe, calm, and like you are coming home to yourself.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all facials. Every client’s skin is different. Every face holds tension differently. Every nervous system presents differently.
I don’t follow scripts in the treatment room. The moment you lie down, I begin observing your skin tone, your breath, areas of holding, inflammation, dehydration, subtle asymmetries. I pay attention to how your skin responds under my hands. From there, I build the facial in real time some days your skin needs stimulation. Some days it needs calming. Some days it needs structural release before anything else. I treat what is present not what was scheduled.
My background includes advanced training in:
• Sculptural Face Lifting (certified under Yakov Gershkovich)
• Lymphatic Drainage
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Advanced chemical peel protocols
• Corrective and acne-focused treatments
I am a proud partner of IS Clinical, Forlle’d, and Anfisa, and I thoughtfully incorporate select formulations from Valmont, Biologique Recherche, and Seed to Skin Tuscany into my treatments. These are brands I deeply respect for their innovation, ingredient integrity, and clinical performance.
I integrate modern skin science with intentional frequency work and subtle energetic awareness to support both visible results and internal balance. The goal is not just glow. It’s structural refinement, skin health, and nervous system regulation.
The Approach
In an industry that is rapidly advancing with machines, devices, and AI, I believe something very strongly: The human hand will never be replaced.
Technology has its place. Machines are powerful tools. But no device can feel tension the way trained hands can. No robot can sense subtle muscular resistance. No computer can intuitively adjust pressure based on breath, emotion, or nervous system response.
Touch is intelligent.
The face is deeply connected to the nervous system. It holds stress, emotion, micro-contractions, and unconscious holding patterns. Over time, this tension alters structure, circulation, and lymphatic flow.
True lifting isn’t about aggressive force.
It’s about intelligent release.
When tension is softened through sculptural lifting, intraoral buccal massage, and precise lymphatic work, the entire system responds. Many clients tell me they feel their facial throughout their whole body and often more relaxed than after a massage. That’s because when the face relaxes, the nervous system follows. This work is irreplaceable.
Our Philosophy
After experiencing celebrity facial spas around the country, I realized something: There is nothing in South Tampa that offers this level of intentional, anatomy-driven, energetically aware facial therapy. And there is a need for it.
My vision is to raise the standard of what a facial can be in this city — to create a space where luxury meets depth, where clinical excellence meets nervous system awareness, and where clients feel both visibly transformed and internally reset.
This is not trend-driven skincare. It is thoughtful. Elevated. Evolving.
And I am committed to continuously mastering the craft, refining my hands, expanding my knowledge, and bringing a level of care to Tampa that feels truly world-class.
This is Lila Zois Aesthetics.
